Once the applicant has applied to the job posting, the email associated with the account will be alerted stating that the applicant (by name) has a applied. It will instruct you to log into ICU Servers, where you can view this application. You will have access to a picture, resume, working experience, location, bio, and links to social networks. Once you determine this is an ideal applicant, you can either contact them through ICU Servers, or however you see fit. There will be access to email and phone numbers.

Located in your restaurant profile area, ICU Servers has thousands of restaurant jobs seekers in our database. We give the restaurant the ability to search the database by positions that include but are not limited to: Busser, Bartenders, Barback, Cocktail Servers, Delivery Drivers, Food Servers, General Managers, Managers, Guest Bartenders, Host Kitchen Staff, Fast food/Quick server, and Doorman/Security. We also give you the option to filter by specialties such as: Sommellier, Barista, Seafood Knowledge, Flair Bartending, bilingual, and many more. ICU Servers also allows you to sort by experience and location.

By using all the filters of the database, it will help you find that ideal candidate. Once you find that person you’ll have access to their resume, working experience, links to social networks, ways to contact them, and even a picture! Having this feature will eliminate hiring the first person who walks in and applies which is known as “crisis hiring”.

ICU Servers also gives the hiring restaurant the ability to create a custom test for applying job seekers. The hiring restaurant is in full control over the test they create. This means restaurants can have a test designed for bartenders, servers, managers, kitchen staff, and even for current staff members.

The tests are multiple choice  with a correct answer and three wrong answers. Once an applicant has taken the test, the hiring restaurant can view who took the test, the test score, and the length of time it took the individual to take the test. This feature is designed to eliminate wasted interviews and ICU Servers way of keeping integrity in-line. It is also a great way to keep track of repeat applicants. ICU Servers systems save all tests associated to an applicant for your particular restaurant. You can see if over time an applicant has improved the skill set and knowledge to be eligible for an interview and/or hire.

ICU Servers knows how difficult it can be sorting through applications and resumes. With the system in place, when applicants apply they are sorted by position they applied for and the date they applied. You can also save applicants to your home profile for quick reference and review.

With the 30 day access, you will only have access to ICU Servers for 30 days, after the 30th day, you will lose all complete access to the site, meaning you can not view, applicants, saved applicants, test scores and all open positions will be removed.
